Qualifications:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing individualized intervention plans Adept at maintaining thorough records and documentation in compliance with regulations

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students functional needs related to their educational performance Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on enhancing students independence in daily activities Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate occupational therapy strategies within the classroom setting Monitor and document students progress, adjusting interventions as necessary Provide direct and consultative services to support student goals Participate in the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and maintain appropriate documentation
