Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Valid OT license for Pennsylvania Prior experience in a school setting or with school-aged children preferred Strong communication and documentation abilities Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Familiarity with IEPs and special education environments is a plus

What You'll Do:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to middle and high school students based on IEP requirements Evaluate students to develop individualized treatment plans focused on academic and daily life success Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other specialists to integrate OT strategies within the school day Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings Offer consultative support to school staff and parents around OT interventions Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as needed

Schedule:
