Hand Therapist Location:

Lansdale, PA Schedule:

Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 2 evenings a week until 7pm.

Compensation:

Salary range $78,000-$90,000 annually based on your experience

$2000 Sign on Bonus NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center! Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists who is close to sitting for their CHT but must have at least 2000 hours of licensed experience working in hand therapy. We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT.

Responsibilities Collaboration:

Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.

High Standard of Care:

Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).

Personalized Treatment:

Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.

Relationship-Building:

Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy CPR certification Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:
