This flexible role allows you to tailor your schedule, choosing between one full day or two half days per week. You'll work with small, manageable groups of 5-6 students per grade, allowing for individualized attention and meaningful progress. Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with valid credentials Experience in schools, home health, teletherapy, or similar healthcare settings Comfortable creating and executing IEP goals for middle school students Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques for both in-person and virtual sessions Commitment to fostering growth and independence in adolescentsResponsibilities:
