School-Based About the Role We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team serving schools in Montgomery County. This full-time position involves providing occupational therapy services that support students in developing the functional, sensory, motor, and daily living skills needed for academic success and independence. The ideal candidate is collaborative, flexible, and passionate about helping children and adolescents overcome barriers to participation in the school environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations to assess fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, and functional skills. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals. Provide direct OT services in individual and group settings within school environments. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and related service providers. Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with state and federal requirements. Adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students across multiple school sites. Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain licensure). Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
