Job Description
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Valid state Occupational Therapist licensure/certification (or eligibility) Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt activities and approaches to diverse student needsPrimary Responsibilities:
Provide evaluation, treatment planning, and direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals Promote functional independence in academic, social, and daily living skills Conduct ongoing assessments, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings Support students four days a week on a middle school campus (7:45am-3:00pm) Offer services one day per week at the high school level (7:30am-2:30pm) Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for all learners Perks of thisOpportunity:
