Full-Time Location:

Tamaqua, PA Greenwood Center for Nursing and Rehab , a skilled nursing facility in Tamaqua, PA , is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our in-house rehabilitation team on a full-time basis. Position Summary:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate residents, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapy services in alignment with clinical best practices. You will work closely with nursing and therapy staff to deliver coordinated, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities:

Develop individualized treatment plans to address each resident's functional and physical needs Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and clinical standards Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive care planning Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies to promote safety and independence Track progress and update treatment goals based on ongoing assessments

Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in the state of Pennsylvania Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-focused care Experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred but not required
