Job Description

Occupational Therapist Kadima Health and Nursing at is looking to hire a Occupational Therapist to join our team! Our mission at Kadima Health and Nursing at Washington is to offer quality care to our residents, and to provide for them a loving and compassionate environment, attending carefully to their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs. The Occupational Therapist is expected to follow facility core values in administering department services and helping to fulfill all therapy-related resident care needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Reviews and assesses patient needs and treatment plans to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily functioning. Evaluates patients' for increased independence. Implements activities that help patients regain lost skills, manage chronic conditions, or adapt to developmental delays. Instructs patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and the use of adaptive equipment.
