We're looking for a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team and make a lasting difference in the lives of children and their families.
What You'll Do:
Conduct standardized assessments and ongoing evaluations of pediatric clients - both community and clinic based - including motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-care, cognitive, and executive function skills. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting functional goals (e.g. fine motor, sensory regulation, self-care, handwriting, feeding, play) Provide direct therapy—1:1 or small group—using modalities such as sensory integration, therapeutic play, adaptive equipment uses, and motor skill development. Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams (special educators, speech therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, physicians) and participate in IEP meetings and goal writing. Consult with families and caregivers—educating them in strategies to support carry‑over of intervention goals in home/school environments.
Maintain accurate documentation:
evaluation reports, treatment notes, progress summaries, and discharge plans per state, school, or company policies. Provide clinical supervision to OTAs, aides, and students as appropriate. Remain current in pediatric OT research, techniques, and continuing education to maintain licensure and deliver best practices. Maintain client caseload and complete a minimum number of client visits per month per company policy. Ad hoc duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
A licensed and registered Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Pennsylvania. Pediatric experience strongly preferred; new grads with pediatric fieldwork experience are welcome to apply! Experience in sensory integration, reflex integration, and DIR/Floortime therapies preferred. Ability to travel locally between schools, homes, and clinic Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. A warm, energetic, and child-centered approach to therapy. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
