Job Description
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid state licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred Ability to assess and develop both fine and gross motor skills in students Expertise in designing and implementing OT interventions for children and adolescents Comfort with teletherapy and digital therapy tools Strong communication and documentation skills Capable of collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teamsKey Responsibilities:
Deliver assessments and individualized therapy sessions to students in either elementary or high school Address a range of motor skill challenges—fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, and self-care Adapt and provide supportive interventions in both classroom and virtual settings Maintain organized records and clear documentation for student progress Serve as a valued resource for school staff and families to enhance academic participation for each studentBenefits & Perks:
