Job Description
Fx Therapies, LLC is seeking a passionate and collaborative Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing private practice serving children and families across the Philadelphia Main Line and surrounding communities. At Fx Therapies, we value a whole-child, relationship-centered approach focused on helping children become functional breathers, eaters, communicators, and movers through play-based, individualized care. We are building a collaborative multidisciplinary environment centered on pediatric oral motor dysfunction, feeding, sensory regulation, functional development, and family support. Position Type Independent Contractor (flexible hours available) In-office, school-based, community-based, and/or teletherapy opportunities Flexible scheduling with the ability to build your own caseload Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with sensory, fine motor, self-regulation, feeding, and developmental needs Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals Collaborate with speech therapists, families, physicians, educators, and community providers Complete timely documentation and maintain professional communication Support family education and home carryover strategies Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and community-centered programming Preferred Areas of Interest Experience or interest in: Sensory regulation Feeding therapy Emotional regulation Reflex integration Fine motor development Executive functioning Self-care skills Primitive reflexes Collaborative airway/orofacial development approach Whole-child wellness and family-centered care Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy License Pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for relationship-based and functional therapy Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment What We Offer Flexible scheduling and autonomy Collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunities for specialty growth and continuing education Beautiful, thoughtfully designed office environment in Paoli, PA Opportunities for workshops, groups, and community events Growth potential within an expanding multidisciplinary practice About Fx Therapies Fx Therapies specializes in pediatric speech, feeding, and orofacial myofunctional therapy using a play-based and functional approach.
