What You'll Love About Working Here Flexible scheduling options 4-day work week opportunities Large sensory gyms and treatment spaces Collaborative interdisciplinary team environment Supportive leadership and mentorship Established caseload with high community demand Opportunities for professional growth and specialization Creative and play-based therapy approach Positive, energetic, therapist-driven culture Position Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, sensory, neurological, behavioral, and motor challenges Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals Provide engaging, play-based occupational therapy interventions Incorporate sensory integration, movement-based activities, and functional skill development into sessions Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain timely documentation, daily notes, progress reports, and billing Monitor patient progress and update goals as appropriate Maintain a safe, organized, and clean treatment environment Supervise and mentor OTA staff, students, and fieldwork interns as appropriate Contribute positively to clinic culture and team collaboration Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Passionate about working with children and families Energetic, creative, and engaging Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to work independently while also thriving within a collaborative team Organized with strong time-management skills Adaptable and solution-oriented Skilled at building rapport with children and caregivers Ethical, positive, and team-focused Excited to grow clinically and professionally within a pediatric specialty setting Experience or interest in the following areas is highly valued: Sensory Integration Emotional regulation Executive functioning Feeding therapy Primitive reflex integration Autism spectrum disorders Fine motor and visual motor development Neurodevelopmental treatment approaches Qualifications Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapy License required NBCOT Certification required Pediatric experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to manage an active pediatric caseload Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and high-quality patient care Compensation & Benefits We offer competitive compensation based on experience and position type.
