9600205-76049 Job Description Step into a dynamic setting supporting students as a full-time Occupational Therapist in an engaging school-based environment. This contract position offers a unique blend of on-site collaboration and the flexibility of remote workthree days working directly with students and colleagues, and two days handled virtually. Youll join a dedicated therapy team, working alongside two talented Occupational Therapists and a supportive COTA, and will play an integral role in helping students reach their fullest potential.

What Were Looking For:

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with school-based experience preferred Ability to collaborate with fellow therapists and school staff Strong communication skills for working with students, educators, and families Comfort with managing a varied caseload in both in-person and remote formats Innovative problem-solver eager to tailor interventions to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy services to a diverse student population Assess students and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Work closely with a committed therapy team to evenly manage a caseload of around 200 students, divided among four staff members Maintain thorough and compliant documentation for all cases Support classroom participation and help foster students independence in learning activities Adapt plans for both in-person and teletherapy sessions on a weekly basis
