9673089-98258 Job Description A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to support elementary students for the 2026-2027 school year. This on-site position, located near Lake Stevens, offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners while working in a collaborative school environment. You will work with an approximate caseload of 45 elementary-aged students, providing direct therapy services and supporting their development throughout the year. This assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through June 11, 2027.

Key Qualifications:

Current Occupational Therapist license in Washington State Experience working in school-based settings is strongly preferred Skilled in evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans for elementary students Familiarity with IEPs and collaborating with educational teams Strong communication and organizational abilities Must be able to work on-site; virtual/remote (VOCO) services are not being considered for this position

Core Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and consultative services for elementary students Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to documentation as required Develop and adjust individualized strategies that address students academic and developmental needs Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all school policies and state regulations This contract role offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact on young students abilities to participate, learn, and thrive in their school community.
