9600205-76009 Job Description Step into a rewarding role supporting students by providing specialized occupational therapy services on a full-time contract. This exciting position offers a blend of in-person and remote workthree days each week are onsite, while two days offer the flexibility of working remotely. Collaborate closely with a dedicated team that includes two experienced OTs and a supportive COTA, working together to meet the needs of approximately 200 students shared among four staff members. Your expertise will make a meaningful difference, guiding students toward greater independence and improving their daily school experiences. The ideal candidate brings a passion for student development, strong communication skills, and experience in a school-based setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with appropriate state credentials Experience in a school or pediatric environment strongly preferred Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently Effective collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and staff Skilled in developing and implementing individualized therapy interventions Tech-savvycapable of managing documentation and teletherapy sessions

Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students on your caseload Assess student needs, develop IEP goals, and document progress Collaborate regularly with faculty, other therapists, and families Adapt and provide interventions that facilitate student participation in the educational environment Utilize digital tools for virtual sessions and maintain thorough, compliant records Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive atmosphere Enjoy a dynamic schedule with both onsite engagement and the convenience of partial remote work.
