Full-Time | Remote School-Based | Weekly Pay Support Student Success Through Virtual Occupational Therapy! We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide remote school-based services to students throughout Georgia. If you're passionate about helping students develop the skills they need to participate and succeed in the educational environment, we'd love to connect with you. This is a full-time 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering competitive weekly pay, consistent hours, and the flexibility to provide high-quality occupational therapy services through a virtual platform while supporting students in a school-based setting. Responsibilities- Provide virtual occupational therapy evaluations and services for students in a school-based environment.
- Develop, implement, and monitor occupational therapy goals as part of each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP).
- Conduct assessments and prepare accurate evaluation reports and documentation.
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services through a remote platform.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, families, and related service providers to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Recommend strategies, accommodations, and supports to improve student participation and independence.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs.
- Utilize virtual platforms and digital tools to provide effective therapy services and collaborate with school teams.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district special education requirements. Qualifications
- Active Georgia Occupational Therapist license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent school-based experience preferred.
- Experience conducting evaluations and developing IEP goals.
- Comfortable providing services through virtual platforms and using technology for documentation and collaboration.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Candidates licensed in additional states are encouraged to apply, as we may have opportunities available in those locations as well. What We Provide
- Competitive hourly compensation of $44.00
- $49.00 per hour.
