Weekly, based on hours worked Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school-based services within a New Hampshire school district. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT looking for a consistent 4-day-per-week schedule , competitive hourly compensation, and the flexibility of an independent contractor position. The Occupational Therapist will work collaboratively with students, families, teachers, and school staff to support students' ability to participate successfully in the educational environment. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and treatment to students as appropriate. Develop and implement individualized therapy goals and intervention plans. Provide direct and/or consultative OT services within the school setting. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and families. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student educational planning. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Support students' participation and independence in academic and school-related activities. Follow district policies and applicable state and federal requirements. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current Occupational Therapist license/eligibility to practice in New Hampshire. Experience working with children or in a school-based setting preferred. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
