1 About the Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive K-12 school team in the Dallas, Oregon area . This is an excellent opportunity for an OT seeking flexibility, with options for a full-time 40-hour schedule or approximately three days per week. Position Highlights Provide occupational therapy services across K-12th grade . Support students with mild to severe needs , including students requiring feeding protocols. Caseload consists primarily of consultative services , with one direct-service component. Work across 3 elementary schools, 1 middle school, and 1 high school . All school sites are located within approximately 2 miles of the district office , minimizing travel time. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other related-service professionals. Participate in evaluations, IEP meetings, goal development, progress monitoring, and documentation. An assessment assistant is onsite to help support the caseload. Full-time option of 40 hours/week or a 3-day/week schedule . Primarily onsite, with hybrid or remote options potentially available for the right candidate . Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Oregon OT license or eligibility for licensure. School-based/pediatric experience preferred. Experience working with diverse K-12 populations and varying levels of need preferred. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Passion for helping students achieve greater independence and participation in their educational environment. Why Consider This Opportunity?
