Key Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with previous experience in therapeutic, healthcare, or school-based OT settings Strong foundation in skilled OT practices, particularly with pediatric populations (highly preferred) Comfortable working independently—COTAs are not part of this position Demonstrated ability to adapt to various care settings, including clinic, school, and home environments Excellent communication and time management skills Passion for improving outcomes for children and families

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive OT evaluations and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a diverse pediatric caseload Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to create individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Engage in continuous learning and professional development to ensure the highest quality of care Participate in occasional offsite and hybrid service delivery, as mutually agreed upon Enjoy a consistent schedule working four days a week from 11am-7pm (minimum 32 hours weekly), with flexible options to support work-life balance.
