Occupational Therapist -
PRN Telehealth Location:
Remote (serving SNFs across Colorado)
Pay:
$45-50/hour

PRN Looking for flexibility without sacrificing purpose? Join our team as a PRN Telehealth Occupational Therapist , providing virtual care to skilled nursing facilities throughout Colorado. This is an ideal opportunity if you want to work from home while supporting resident outcomes across multiple communities. Local candidates may also support on-site care as needed. What We Offer Remote PRN position with flexibility based on facility needs Opportunity to support multiple skilled nursing communities Be part of a collaborative, statewide therapy team A chance to grow your experience in both telehealth and in-person care Meaningful work that directly impacts resident quality of life Responsibilities Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate residents' functional abilities and therapy needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Lead therapeutic activities to improve mobility, strength, and independence Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and adaptive techniques Track progress and adjust plans to support recovery goals Collaborate with on-site teams for coordinated care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Must have an active Colorado OT license (or hold a compact license) Bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Empathetic, detail-oriented, and adaptable If you are a compassionate OT seeking flexible, impactful work, we would love to have you on our team.
