We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our in-house therapy team and help residents maintain independence, dignity, and participation in daily life. The Impact You'll Make As an OT, you will help residents: Improve independence with dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Address upper-extremity strength, coordination, range of motion, and functional use Support cognition, safety awareness, sequencing, and daily routines Use adaptive equipment and strategies to improve function Reduce caregiver burden by maximizing resident independence Maintain meaningful abilities and routines as they age You will complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, provide skilled interventions, educate residents and caregivers, and collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team. What We're Looking For Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in South Carolina Current CPR certification Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate, resident-centered approach Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatrics is preferred.
