Enjoy local festivals, parks, and historic sites — a great place to work, live, and build a rewarding therapy career. ✅ Responsibilities Review clinical information and evaluate its impact on the assessment and treatment process. Conduct comprehensive functional assessments using standardized procedures. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with achievable functional goals. Document evaluations, daily treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and promptly. Revise treatment plans based on patient performance and progress. Supervise and guide therapy assistants, ensuring proper treatment techniques and care delivery. Educate residents, families, and caregivers about exercises and therapeutic procedures to support carryover. Collaborate with nursing staff, interdisciplinary team members, and families to maximize functional outcomes. Assist with discharge planning and maintain knowledge of community resources. Participate in care conferences, meetings, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain clinical competence through continuing education opportunities. Adhere to all regulatory, professional, and facility standards, including HIPAA and payer guidelines. Support the company's mission, vision, and professional expectations.
