What we're looking for: Valid Occupational Therapy licensure to practice in the state Previous experience working in a school setting strongly preferred Strong understanding of pediatric therapy, sensory integration, and IEP processes Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families Flexibility and resourcefulness in dynamic educational environments Dedication to professional growth and best practices in school-based therapy Your role will involve: Conducting evaluations and developing individualized plans of care for students requiring occupational therapy Delivering direct and consultative therapy services within classrooms or designated therapy spaces Conferring with teachers, parents, and IEP teams to integrate therapy goals into daily routines Documenting progress and maintaining accurate student records in compliance with district and regulatory standards Supporting student participation in academic and functional activities throughout school settings Assisting in developing and implementing classroom modifications and assistive strategies as needed Experience a balanced work-life dynamic in a supportive, collaborative environment.
