What You'll Do:
Drive census growth by achieving and exceeding referral goals. Build lasting referral relationships through in-person outreach within your territory. Serve as a trusted guide through the referral-to-admission process. Represent our brand at community events, hospitals, and outreach initiatives. Analyze market data to uncover new referral opportunities and territories. Identify and overcome admission barriers to support patient access. Deliver impactful in-services and presentations to referral sources and community partners.
Experience:
2+ years in a healthcare clinical or tech role preferred 1= year as a liaison or proven healthcare sales experience strongly preferred Deep understanding of healthcare operations, referral processes, and competitive market dynamics
Additional Job Description Education :
Current state professional licensure essential (i.e. RN, LPN, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, SLP, etc) preferred.
Licenses/Certificates :
Current driver's license in state of employment and acceptable driving record required. Basic Life Support (BLS) with American Heart Association (AHA) is required. Current South Carolina Licensure for your scope of practice of your licensure (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Pathologist) is required If you like working with energetic enthusiastic individuals, you will enjoy your career with us!
