Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support student success across multiple school settings. This full-time contract position runs from July 2026, through May 2027, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication development throughout the academic year. Serving students from PreK through 12th grade, this role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with diverse populations while collaborating with educators, families, and support teams.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license SLP-CCC preferred Previous school-based experience highly preferred Expertise in assessment, intervention, and treatment planning for students across a variety of age groups Strong collaboration skills with educators, administrators, and families Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct speech-language therapy services based on student needs Collaborate with teachers and support staff to promote student success across educational settings Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and compliance records Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for students' communication goals Partner with families to support carryover of communication skills beyond the school environment This position places you at the center of a collaborative educational community, allowing you to utilize your expertise to support students across multiple grade levels and school sites.
