Occupational Therapist (OT) Piedmont Post Acute - Piedmont, SC $40-$50/hour | PRN Opportunities About Us Piedmont Post Acute is an 88-bed skilled nursing facility located in Piedmont, South Carolina—just 20 minutes from Greenville. Our smaller size creates a quiet, close-knit, family-oriented environment where we truly value our residents and staff. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehab team and help residents regain independence and improve their quality of life.

$40-$50/hour Flexible scheduling options : Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available Consistent part-time hours PRN opportunities across our Upstate network Employee appreciation events throughout the year Career advancement opportunities within our South Carolina network Supportive, team-oriented therapy environment Position Summary As an Occupational Therapist (OT) , you will evaluate and treat residents to improve their ability to perform daily activities, restore function, and promote independence. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy services to improve ADLs, strength, coordination, and mobility Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians, families, and care team members Participate in care plan meetings and discharge planning Conduct staff education and in-service training Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's required; Master's or Doctorate preferred) Active, unencumbered OT license in South Carolina (required) Experience in a long-term care or rehab setting preferred Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to ongoing education and professional development Why Join Piedmont Post Acute?
