- Employee appreciation events throughout the year Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide patient-centered therapy services on a PRN basis. In this role, you'll help residents improve function, independence, and quality of life while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services per physician orders and care goals
- Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes accurately and timely
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and therapy team members
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy programs
- Participate in care planning and discharge planning
- Conduct in-services and staff training as needed
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer guidelines Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's required; Master's/Doctorate preferred)
- Active South Carolina OT license (OTR) in good standing
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
- Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred
