About Us We are a family owned, multi-disciplinary therapy clinic established in 1999 that provides skilled therapy services in our outpatient clinics in Spartanburg and Greenville, SC. Our goal is to make a difference in the lives of the children we serve by helping them "Be the best they can BEE with therapy!". We are now hiring for full-time or part-time OTs. What makes us unique?

A Typical Week:
  • We offer a 4 day work week option Monday -
Thursday:
8:00 am - 6:00 pm or a 5 day work week with half day Fridays. Part-time employees have the ability to create their own hours within our hours of operation
  • One hour unpaid lunch break Monday-Thursday.
  • Every day has scheduled paperwork for at least 60 minutes, with the exception of Fridays.
  • Thursday Team Meetings.
  • Half day casual Fridays!

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide assessment to children ages birth to 18 years. Provide appropriate therapy for children. Complete all documentation necessary to justify enrollment of a child in occupational therapy. Communicate with parents, teachers, therapists, doctors, and other related personnel regarding the assessment and treatment of a child. Complete quarterly progress reports and 10-month reevaluations. Complete documentation in a timely and appropriate manner in the form of daily notes, quarterly summaries, evaluations, and reevaluations as dictated by Pediatrics Unlimited and insurance carriers. Generate appropriate referrals when a child requires additional assistance or evaluation. Provide training to other staff members concerning topics related to occupational therapy. Maintain qualifications necessary for OT licensure and SC licensure. Seek and pursue current knowledge and/or information in the field of occupational therapy. Participate in staff meetings and present at a staff meeting once a year. Participate in Quality Assurance procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
MASTER'S
DEGREE OR HIGHER FROM AN ACCREDITED INSTITUTION BOARD CERTIFICATION SC LLR OT LICENSE
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
