Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program. Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Tennessee CPR Certified or ability to obtain Previous OASIS experience Previous experience with Computer Charting 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Home Health Occupational Therapist Contract Details:
