What You'll Do:

Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of physical and cognitive conditions Develop individualized care plans focused on functional outcomes Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and progress
