Key Responsibilities Provide client-centered occupational therapy services to pediatric and young adult populations. OTs complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, perform re-evaluations, and provide discharge planning. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to support client goals. Maintain timely and professional documentation. Participate in department growth through trainings, case reviews, program development, and continuing education. Stay current with evidence-based practices and trends in pediatric occupational therapy. Assist with supervision and guidance of clinical students and volunteers as applicable. Participate in community education and outreach opportunities as needed. Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, HIPAA, and state requirements. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualification and Skill Requirements Occupational Therapist (OTR): Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent. Current Texas OT license or eligibility for licensure.

All Candidates:

Pediatric experience preferred, but not required. High ethical standards and a client-first mindset. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical Requirements Extensive standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and floor-based activities throughout the day. Active participation in physical and play-based therapy sessions. Ability to lift, position, and/or transfer clients. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
