Qualifications:

Current and valid Texas Occupational Therapist license (TX OT licensure required). Previous experience in a school-based OT setting is preferred. Strong assessment and documentation skills. Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff. Flexibility to work with students across various age groups (to be determined).

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students. Deliver direct OT services to address each childs unique physical, developmental, and educational needs. Collaborate with IEP teams, providing expert input and supporting goal development. Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and OT interventions. Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and school staff regarding student needs and progress. Adapt and modify activities and environments to support student participation in school routines.
