This rewarding contract opportunity allows you to work with a small, manageable caseload of children ages 3 through elementary level. Youll provide therapy across several schools utilizing well-equipped conference rooms, and play a vital role in supporting students growth and success.

Desired Qualifications:

Current, active Texas Occupational Therapy license is required Experience working in school-based or pediatric OT settings strongly preferred Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt therapy techniques for various needs Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities Commitment to individualized, student-centered care

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to a total caseload of 22 students (across multiple campuses) Utilize your own therapy materials and equipment for sessions Complete thorough IEP/ARD documentation as required Collaborate with staff and families; participate in ARD meetings Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring for assigned students Develop and implement evidence-based, creative treatment plans in a supportive setting
