9600205-76028 Job Description Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support students in a vibrant school-based setting near Burleson, TX! Embrace a full-time contract role where youll contribute to a collaborative therapy team, currently comprised of two skilled OTs and a committed COTA, all working together to serve approximately 200 students. Flexibility is part of your workweekenjoy three days working onsite, balanced with two days remotely. This arrangement provides the best of both worlds: meaningful in-person engagement with students, along with the convenience and autonomy of remote service delivery.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based practice Familiarity with assessing and supporting students functional abilities in educational settings Positive communicator, comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent organizational skills to manage caseloads efficiently Adaptable, proactive, and invested in student progress and well-being

Key Responsibilities:

Administer assessments to determine individual student needs and develop effective intervention plans Deliver direct OT services as specified in student IEPs, both onsite and via teletherapy Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students functional independence within the school environment Maintain accurate documentation and complete timely progress reports Support a positive therapy culture alongside fellow OTs and the COTA This contract role provides a strong sense of professional community, opportunities to share insights and resources with peers, and a blend of work styles to suit diverse needs.
