Key Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR) licensure from the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners (ECPTOTE) Strong background providing OT services in school settings Experience managing a varied caseload across multiple grade levels, preferably K-12 Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Collaborative mindset to partner with educators, support staff, and families Ability to adapt and problem-solve within dynamic environments

Role Highlights:

Serve a caseload of approximately 4560 students, with assignments determined by individual service minutes Deliver engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions onsite Assess students needs and develop personalized treatment plans to support functional participation in educational settings Collaborate with special education teams to integrate OT into students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain thorough records and progress reports in compliance with district and regulatory standards Support student transitions and participate in team meetings as a valued resource
