Schedule :

PRN (As needed). Responsibilities Conduct initial patient screenings and comprehensive evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence. Document patient progress accurately in compliance with state and federal regulations. Coordinate with physical and speech therapy teams to ensure integrated care. Educate patients and families on post-discharge exercises and home safety. Maintain clean and organized therapy spaces. Qualifications Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Texas. Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current CPR certification. Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred. Skills Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities. Professional communication skills for interacting with families and physicians. Ability to adapt to facility cultures and workflows.
