• Full-time Farmersville Health and Rehabilitation is looking for a dependable CNA for our day shift.

We run a smaller 74-bed building, which means less time running down long hallways and more time working alongside a tight team. If you prefer a straightforward job where your schedule is set, supplies are actually stocked, and shifts end on time, you will fit right in here. Our building is organized so that every nurse and aide knows exactly who they are caring for each day. We keep things simple, focus on good patient care, and make sure nobody gets stuck handling a floor by themselves.

6am-6pm, 6pm-6am

Responsibilities Help residents with basic daily needs like dressing, bathing, and eating. Answer call lights quickly and pitch in when your teammates need an extra hand. Check vital signs and tell the nurse on duty if a resident seems off or sick. Keep resident rooms tidy and make sure sheets are changed properly. Log your daily care notes accurately into the computer system before your shift ends. Atmosphere & Environment You can find us at 205 Beech St. Because we only have 74 beds, you get to actually know your residents and your coworkers. We do not have the heavy corporate feel or the constant chaos of a massive facility. The hallways are short, the building is clean, and the management door is open when you have a question or need backup on the floor. Qualifications Valid Texas CNA license. Current CPR certification. High school diploma or GED. Must pass a criminal background check (legal requirement for SNFs). Must be able to pass a drug screening. Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.
