Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Occupational Therapist to join our Dallas field team. This is a PRN position providing therapy services to patients in their homes within a defined coverage area. We operate on a commercial insurance only model. No Medicare. No Medicaid. No OASIS. This structure allows our therapists to concentrate on patient care and functional outcomes. Compensation and Benefits This position offers $135 per visit with mileage reimbursement. You will be supported by experienced clinical leadership and coordinated scheduling. Onboarding During onboarding, clinicians' complete skills validation, EMR training, policy and compliance review, badge issuance, scrub distribution, and equipment orientation to ensure readiness and consistency in the field. Responsibilities The Occupational Therapist will perform evaluations, establish treatment plans focused on functional independence, provide skilled interventions, collaborate with physicians, and complete documentation accurately and timely. Qualifications Active Texas OT license in good standing required. Strong assessment skills and ability to practice independently in the field are essential.
