Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step forward in your occupational therapy career by supporting students across several schools in the Fulshear, TX vicinity. This full-time, contract opportunity involves working with diverse student populations to help them achieve academic and functional success. With a schedule designed for work-life balance—four days per week totaling 30 hours—you'll have meaningful impact while enjoying flexibility in your routine.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active OT licensure in Texas (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred Ability to travel between multiple school sites Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and other specialists Experience with IEP development, progress monitoring, and student documentation
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services directly to students as specified in their IEPs Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and recommend appropriate OT interventions Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate OT strategies across learning environments Develop, implement, and update therapy goals Maintain accurate records, evaluation reports, and service logs in compliance with district and state guidelines Contribute to IEP meetings and documentation as required
