Occupational Therapist (OT) - Per Diem Goldthwaite Health & Rehab Center 1207 Reynolds Street, Goldthwaite, TX 76844 Join Our In-House Subacute Rehabilitation Team! Goldthwaite Health & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house subacute rehabilitation team . If you are passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life, we'd love to have you on our team. Our therapists work collaboratively with nursing, therapy, and medical professionals to provide individualized, patient-centered care in a supportive skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. Responsibilities Evaluate residents' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve strength, mobility, self-care, and independence with daily living activities. Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to maximize safety and function. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, residents, and families. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines. Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and discharge planning. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current Texas Occupational Therapist license in good standing. Previous experience in skilled nursing, subacute rehabilitation, or geriatrics is preferred but not required. Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
