Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program License from the State of Texas as an Occupational Therapist Valid Texas Driver's License Experience in the home care setting is preferred but not required. Pediatric experience is a plus but not required. Occupational Therapist Role (OT): Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, and establish individualized plans of care. Provide a wide range of occupational therapy interventions focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care/activities of daily living (ADLs), and visual-motor integration, while consulting with other staff and the child's caregivers. Complete documentation to support the delivery of Occupational Therapy services. Measure performance and report on patient's medical record. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as appropriate. Adhere to ethical and legal standards. Ensure continued competence and updated field knowledge.
