2876309 Home Health | PRN Hereford, TX | $65-$70 per visit + $5 per COTA visit | Weekly Pay BrightStar Care of Amarillo is looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide home-based care to pediatric and adult patients in Hereford and surrounding communities. What inspired you to become an OT? What You'll Do Evaluate patients and identify their occupational therapy needs Develop individualized goals and treatment plans Provide therapy visits and monitor patient progress Provide clinical oversight to assigned COTAs Review COTA documentation and communicate patient updates with the care team Maintain accurate and timely clinical records What You'll Need Active, unrestricted Texas Occupational Therapist license Minimum 1 year of OT experience Current BLS/CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working independently in a home health setting Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting Why BrightStar Care?
