Qualifications & Experience:

Current and active Occupational Therapist license (required) Background working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations strongly preferred Experience in any of the following settings is valuable: schools, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet IEP goals and student needs Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, families, and other professionals Detail-oriented approach to documentation and therapy records Comfortable using technology for therapy sessions and virtual meetings

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy services tailored to students' individualized education plans (IEPs) Work on-site or provide teletherapy support, as determined by district needs Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams Help assess and determine caseload needs, adapting support as assignments are clarified Complete required documentation and progress reports in a timely manner Share updates and recommendations with families and educators to enhance student outcomes This is a contract position with full-time hours throughout the school year.
