Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Referral bonus program Paid sick time (per law) Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Conduct screening and evaluations for patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders Develop and implement personalized care plans in line with clinical standards Administer rehabilitative treatments including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly Document all treatments and patient interactions in electronic health records Collaborate with the healthcare team and provide guidance to OT assistants or students Participate in meetings, trainings, and in-services to stay updated on best practices

What You Need Required:

Current OT license in Texas NBCOT certification At least 1 year of relevant experience Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred:
