Starting at $45/hour , with higher rates available based on experience Position Summary As a School Occupational Therapist, you will help students develop the physical, sensory, and functional skills needed to participate successfully in the classroom and school environment. Working closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide evaluations, direct therapy services, and recommendations that support students' academic performance, independence, and overall success. This is an excellent opportunity for OTs looking for flexibility, with both full-time and part-time schedules available. Qualifications Active Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license required Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program required Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Knowledge of special education services and IEP processes Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Passion for helping students achieve greater independence and success Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers Recommend accommodations, adaptive equipment, and strategies to improve student participation and performance in the school environment Why Join Allied OneSource Education?
