Your Role:
As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you'll play a vital role in improving the lives of patients in their homes. You'll assess, plan, and implement therapy programs tailored to each individual's goals and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' abilities and develop personalized care plans Provide therapy to enhance physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being Instruct patients on exercises and techniques to increase function Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment Document visits, progress notes, and updates in a timely manner Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers Travel locally to patient homes
What You Need:
Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas Graduate of an accredited OT program CPR Certification Reliable transportation & valid driver's license Auto liability insurance Experience with geriatric and/or pediatric population preferred Strong communication and time management skills 1+ year of OT experience preferred A passion for patient-centered care and home health Make a Difference on Your Own Terms If you're ready to take charge of your schedule, increase your income potential, and be supported by a team that genuinely values you apply now .
