Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions including exercises, activities, and functional training Record patient progress and communicate findings to the healthcare team Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure holistic care Comply with facility policies and safety standardsWhat You Need:
Valid Occupational Therapist license in Texas Experience working in LTC or similar environments preferred Strong assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities About theAssignment:
