We're looking for passionate Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic, supportive, and inspiring team! What You'll Do as an Occupational Therapist As part of our caring OT team, you will: Evaluate and treat diverse pediatric needs , including developmental delays, neurological conditions, sensory processing challenges, and more. Develop individualized Plans of Care to help your clients thrive in daily activities like play, education, self-care, and social participation. Collaborate with families for skill carryover and resources. Stay current with professional development and evidence-based practices. Maintain documentation , adhering to HIPAA guidelines and ethical practices. Who You Are as an Occupational Therapist You're a compassionate and skilled OT with: A valid Texas state license to practice Occupational Therapy and adherence to the Texas Practice Act & Rules and AOTA Code of Ethics. Experience (or passion to gain experience!) working with children and families in a therapeutic setting. A knack for promoting independence with gross/fine motor skills, sensory regulation, and cognitive development. Work Monday-Thursday, with Fridays reserved for make-up appointments.
