What inspired you to become an OT? What You'll Do Complete OT evaluations and identify patient needs Develop goals and individualized treatment plans Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed Provide clinical oversight to assigned COTAs Coordinate care with patients, families, and the healthcare team What You'll Need Active, unrestricted Texas Occupational Therapist license At least 1 year of OT experience Current BLS/CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to work independently and manage visits in the field Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting Why BrightStar Care?
