- Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist
Location:
- 2637 Lazy Bend St. Ste 101 Pearland, TX 77581
Schedule:
- Weekdays 7-4, 8-5, 9-6
Compensation:
- Salary starts at $78,000

- Responsibilities

Collaboration:
- Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management. +
High Standard of Care:
- Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB,clinician expertise, patient perception). +
Personalized Treatment:
- Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge. +
Relationship-Building:
- Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
- Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- + Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy + CPR certification + Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- + At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic + Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
